The Maître d' and manager Giuseppe Malaponti was voted Outstanding Maître d' and winner of the category at the Felix Hospitality Awards.
During the Wearable Arts Awards Hummingbird was the outright Winner in the Edible Art Competition held in conjunction with this Wellington event. A whole Hauraki Gulf Snapper was served sitting vertically on a Kauri board.
